Consultation Fee Terms and Conditions

1. Payment: The consultation fee of Rs. 499 is payable in advance before the consultation session. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other payment method agreed upon by 7 Iris Studio and the client.

2. Deduction: The consultation fee will be deducted from the total project cost if the client decides to proceed with our services within 10 days following the consultation. The deduction will be applied automatically to the final invoice issued by 7 Iris Studio.

3. Non-Refundable: The consultation fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the client decides to proceed with our services or not. This fee is charged to compensate 7 Iris Studio for the time and expertise invested in the consultation session.

4. Consultation Duration: The consultation session will have a maximum duration of 30 minutes. Any additional time required beyond the agreed duration may be subject to additional charges at the discretion of 7 Iris Studio. Clients will be notified in advance if additional charges will apply.

5. Cancellation or Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of the consultation session. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, 7 Iris Studio may waive this requirement at its discretion.

6. Scope of Consultation: The consultation session will focus on understanding the client's requirements, discussing project details, providing recommendations, and answering any questions related to the proposed photography services. Clients are encouraged to prepare any relevant materials or information to maximize the effectiveness of the consultation session.

7. Confidentiality: Any information shared during the consultation session will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law. 7 Iris Studio will take reasonable measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of client information.

8. Limitation of Liability: 7 Iris Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the consultation session or the use of the information provided therein. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless 7 Iris Studio from any claims or liabilities arising from the consultation session.

9. Acceptance: By making payment of the consultation fee, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. This acceptance constitutes a binding agreement between the client and 7 Iris Studio regarding the consultation services provided.

10. Modification: 7 Iris Studio reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other relevant platforms. Clients will be notified of any significant changes to the terms and conditions.
